Phoenixville White Horse Rugby Football Club is a Premier Senior Men's Rugby team in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. Founded in 2002 and located in Phoenixville, PA, the club promotes rugby across Montgomery and Chester Counties, offering a competitive and social outlet for men of all ages and backgrounds.
